Regularly Scheduled Maintenance Services

• For a small fee, our technician will appear regularly to maintain your excessive wear areas.
• In addition to everyday wear and tear, we are happy to handle occasional, small-scale vandalism at no extra charge while we are in the building.

Types and Levels of Services Offered

• Touch-up: Quick and Economical Solution to Damages
• Coloring minor scratches, chips & dings to make them less noticeable, with no fills or repairs (class "c" touch-up)
• In addition to the above, filling and leveling only the deeper damages for a more finished look (class "b" touch-up)
• Filling, leveling and finishing most or all damages for "the most reasonably possible" finished look (class "a" touch-up, or "furniture class" touch-up)
• Refurbish: To Raise the Overall Condition and Appearance of All Project Items
• Includes various levels of touch-up according to condition of item and customer expectations
• Includes deep-cleaning and application of protectants and polishes as indicated
• Brings the millwork or furniture to a renewed or restored condition, short of total and radical refinishing

• Original finish is chemically removed
• Any necessary repairs to item are made to the raw product
